You Can Pay your Bill Online
On our Home Screen web site there is an option to pay your bill. We encourage all customers to do so, in order to join us in doing our part to preserve the earth’s resources.
One of the biggest advantages of paying online, is getting rid of all that paper. We are equipped to send all ticket copies and invoices electronically, so that we send less mail–with fewer bills sent, less energy is being expended on printing, processing, mailing and transporting them.
If you would like to sign up for electronic bills, please call the office so that we have your email address on hand. Online billing and payments is a true winner in terms of environmental benefits!
Fixed Prepay
You purchase “X” number of gallons at the Fixed Prepay Price at the time your contract is established. Your fixed prepay price remains in effect until all gallons purchased are delivered. Your Fixed Prepay payment is paid in full and is non-refundable.
- Your price is guaranteed to remain the same until all purchased gallons are delivered. If the market price goes up, your price remains the same.

Market Rate Budget Plan
Determined By Usage
Before Heating oil season, we estimate the number of gallons you will use based on your previous usage. We budget ten monthly payments based on the estimated average market rate price.
- Estimated fuel cost for the year is spread over 10 monthly payments.
- Automatic Delivery – we deliver to you when you need it.
** We request that all budget customers start with a full tank so that we can monitor usage as accurately as possible.
*All Lehigh Fuels Plans are subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. All Fixed Prepay prices will be in effect from September 2024 until all gallons are used. Gallons delivered in excess of the gallons pre-purchased under the contract will be billed at the Lehigh Fuels posted market rate price at time of delivery. This plan requires Automatic Delivery. Monies are non-refundable.. *All Lehigh Fuels Plans are subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.

LIHEAP Participant
At Lehigh Fuels, we know that paying a heating bill can sometimes be overwhelming. Lehigh Fuels is a LIHEAP (Low-Income Housing Energy Assistance Program) participant.
